Inventory information is available for all products on the main page. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that a product will be shipped immediately after you place your order, but since all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee that a product listed as "available" or "in-stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day, and in rare cases, the item may actually be in stock when you place your order but sold out by the time your order is processed by PayPal and the information passed onto us.

Should the item you've ordered be out of stock, for whatever reason, we will contact you by the email address you provide. You will be offered the option of either having your account credited through PayPal, a replacement item of similar value shipped in the original item's place, or having the item placed on backorder, to be shipped when it becomes available.  

Because almost all of our products are made from seasonal produce, not all items listed may be consistently in stock.  The exception is the Apricot Hazelnut Conserve, which is made from dried California apricots, which we can get year-round.
